Job Summary   

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator for our Account Management, Sales, and Marketing team to drive client engagement, communications and offer operational support. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and facilitating external client-facing events and experiences. These range from trade shows too onsite workshops to client dinners. You will provide event coordination and support, as well as pre- and post- event management of vendors, swag, and custom collateral. 

The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for owning a variety of administrative tasks, and supporting our Sales/Account Management/ team throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and is comfortable with technology. Prior sales experience is a huge plus, especially if you’ve worked with Salesforce! 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and execute on a variety of client engagements including client appreciation events, workshops, and client gifting. This includes everything from content ideation to researching venues, transportation, developing and managing budgets, working with outside vendors and negotiating contracts.
  • Project manage front to back logistics for client event, including, venue selection, vendor relations, catering, and AV equipment as necessary
  • Drive communications for client facing events, including writing and reviewing copy for invitations, preparing agendas and presentations. 
  • Manage client information and general sales operations activities in Salesforce.
  • Provide hands-on support for ad hoc operational needs. 
  • Maintain client information in Salesforce including contracts and RFPs
  • Manage and support all logistics for day of the event/meeting
  • Account Service and Management: Maintains well documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date file management in order to serve client and employer in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner. 
  • Work in Salesforce to clean up data, accounts and opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-3 years event management and operations experience
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to meet deadlines and works well with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Experienced in both virtual and in-person event management
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build relationships across orgs and teams
  • Creative thinking, positive attitude
