Enterprise Sales Executive

Position Summary:

Codal is looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive who understands the Consulting Services space and has managed other Account Executives selling Consulting & Technology Services. We like Sales Manager candidates from companies like: Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, CSC, ACS, Compucom, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, motivating a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Current responsibility will be for (1-3) Account Executives.
  • Exhibited success in the following sales management challenges: margin improvement, revenue improvement, negotiation improvement, new salesperson development, sales training, sales process design, consultative sales approach and value based selling
  • Teaching, mentoring and leading around consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
  • Experience selling IT Consulting Services is a must
  • Chicago-based position, Rolodex of Fortune 1000 contacts a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related area
  • (3-5) years experience leading sales teams selling Consulting & Technology Services.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing automation tools is desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, skills, especially when dealing with customers, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners.
  • Ability to work independently and proven effectiveness at managing multiple priorities/deadlines
  • Represents the Company at all executive-level forums throughout Chicago.
