Job Summary

Codal is searching for a highly skilled coordinator to assist the marketing department and act as a liaison between the account managers, account executives, designers, writers, and other members of the Codal staff. With veritable experience in project management, our ideal candidate will manage and organize project documentation, complete other administrative duties, and work with the marketing department to develop collateral for sales and marketing initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying escalations and potential blockers in the project lifecycle.
  • Motivate others to get work done.  You will have plenty of responsibilities but authority and respect will be earned. 
  • A ‘can-do’ personality who can work collaboratively with a diverse range of people including stakeholders  and colleagues. 
  • A critical eye for quality assurance and proofing of marketing and sales assets. 
  • Understanding and ability to assist with the development of sales and marketing collateral, such as proposals and one-pagers.
  • You will be spending a majority of your time working with marketing and sales teams on projects.  


  • 1 to 2 years of experience working on internal projects.  
  • Understanding of marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with AP style.
  • Familiarity with budget and project management.
  • Servant leadership mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly with communication between stakeholders, designers, and account managers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Nice to have: Experience in design, audio or video production.
