Office Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Codal is searching for an office assistant to perform administrative duties and manage day-to-day office operations. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, proactive, and professional. Other responsibilities include:

  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Researching & data entry
  • Bookkeeping & Invoicing
  • Serving as a first-stage customer service contact
  • Managing the office (kitchen, dishes, coffee etc.)
  • Arranging shipping / freight / messengers
  • Reviewing hours for payroll
  • Filing receipts/paperwork
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Preparing marketing lists
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns

Requirements / Must Haves

  • Experience in signs and/or visual communications industry (advertising, marketing, design) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to overcome and handle objections
